Dua Lipa was born 22nd august 1995, in London United Kingdom. The model signed with Warner Bros Records after a several years of hard work. She released a self-titled first album in 2017. Dua Lipa, who was born to Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London she was born on 22 August 1995. Her maternal grandmother is the reason she is of Bosnian ancestry. Additionally, her ancestors are from Peja, which is a Kosovo town Peja. Her grandparents were both historians and professors. She is a sister to Rina Lipa and an older brother called Gjin. Lipa was influenced musically by her father who is the principal guitar player and the singer of the Kosovan band Oda. Her musical influences were derived from her father's music which featured his original compositions, as well as songs by artists like David Bowie Bob Dylan Radiohead Stereophonics Stereophonics.
